Deposits are non-refundable. ✨ There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. ✨ All required forms and waivers must be completed (no less than 48 hours) prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation with cancellation fee charged.✨ There is a 10 minute tardy/late grace period before appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee charged.✨ Forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card or Apple Pay/Google Pay, we are a CASHLESS establishment.✨ ADDITIONAL SPA POLICIES: Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry and leave-in conditioner. Microfiber drying caps and/or blow dry services are available at an additional charge. Note: This is a blow dry finish, not a blow-out or styling option.✨ Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of dirt, dandruff or product buildup such as gel, hair spray, grease, etc. These clients should pre-wash prior to appointment. ✨ Services will be denied if there is any sign of a hair/scalp disease or medical disorder such as folliculitis, ring worm, psoriasis or SEVERE sebborhoeic dermatitis (if there is a question surrounding the severity level, please text photos to (202)809-4218.✨ Services cannot be performed on any clients with hair extensions. (Ex: braids, micro-links, sew-ins, etc). ✨ No additional guests will be allowed if not being serviced. ✨
